"Disappointed with the level of service"

I was disappointed with the level of service during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I noticed that the bed was provided with only one pillow. When I requested an additional pillow for my daughter, the receptionist informed me that no extra pillows were available, without offering any alternative solution or effort to assist. This was surprising, as most hotels have extra pillows in the rooms or typically provide additional pillows upon request. Furthermore, I observed visible stains on the bedding cover, which raised concerns about cleanliness and overall standards. Unfortunately, these issues did not meet my expectations, and I believe there is significant room for improvement in both service and housekeeping.

Amon was great on the desk along with Julie Anne. Also Ash who served us breakfast was very welcoming and both the hotel and the breakfast were great. Also plenty of parking.

Lovely building clean comfortable well equipped rooms Great sleep very comfortable bed If i could have opened a window would have been perfect rooms a little warm for my preference Kind helpful staff

Excellent stay here Great food prepared by a fantastic chef called Amon. Superb hospitality offered by the manager Julie Anne. Nothing a problem and delivers immediately. Super impressed

"A thousand ways to contact the hotel, none leading to contact. Meh room."

Tried without success to contact the hotel before arrival with a couple of details/questions, via email, switchboard and number on the booking email. Left messages, spoke to robo-Ai et, but no one was interested. Room was okay, 'new style' bad was not really comfortable and the pillows were a bit like rags in a sack. Conveniently located and receptionist being friendly boost it from a 1 to a 2, but that is about it.
