      "Being revamped at present so lots of issues."
      This Premier Inn is currently being updated from top to bottom - or so it appears - and so check-in was not straightforward. Electricity was off so could not have a key card but staff - a nice east European lady - let me in to my room. Workmen were in reception area behind plastic barriers. Power restored after a short while. I had a shower the following morning and it was awful - water coming out in fits and starts, not a steady flow at all. Windows at this Premier Inn can be opened, which is good news, and a fan was provided in the room as air-con was its usual unpredictable self. Bar opposite didn’t open until 5pm and closed 10.15pm according to receptionist. It should look a lot better in a week or two.

      they really need to work on aesthetic and odours around reception area as well as parking. also my room stank of BO. the AC was flimsy and barely kept me cool. I wont be staying there again

      Right in the centre of Epsom so easy to get anywhere you need, and only a 5 minute walk from the station. . Nice comfy room, stayed a couple times and always super clean and comfy. Good restaurant downstairs. Sarah and Myla were super helpful and kind.

      Amazing staff Sarah and Myla made us feel so welcome would recommend staying at Epsom premier inn lovely welcoming team from start of trip to the end Sarah was smiley from start to finish had good giggle with all the staff I will definitely otely be back

      Thanks to the central location of our Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre hotel, you'll be close to the town's top attractions. Whether you're in the mood for a comedy show or a play, there's plenty of great performances on at the nearby Epsom Playhouse. Head over to the famous Epsom Downs Racecourse for an exciting day out at the races, or enjoy a more relaxed afternoon with a walk around the scenic Surrey Hills. If you're staying with kids, then a family trip to Chessington World of Adventures is a must, before returning for a meal at our in-house Kitchen restaurant.
