    "Very poor breakfast"
    Had to wait 15 mins to access the breakfast seating only to find hot buffet empty! Took ages long time for the cook to put more food out. One breakfast item at a time, despite numerous guests waiting cook had absolutely no sense of urgency to get the food out, added minimal hot items which were snapped up quickly by hungry guests waiting patiently…not worth the money for the breakfast! Added extra time to us being able to get fed and on the road, not impressed!
    "Great stay"
    Arsalan was fab. Great host. Great guy . We stayed for Fridays and Saturday and left on the Sunday. The breakfast was great and arsalan was very helpful with sorting out the room and iron as well as the breakfast. Guys like him are a credit to any institution.

    My first night … amazing. Checked in for a second night and they were absolutely amazing very friendly. Breakfast, so tasty thank you Chef Hany 😊:) … great chef great food.

    The service we received at this hotel was exemplary. The team who work there were all so welcoming and helpful. We were very impressed by the hospitality and commitment to customer service from all the staff we met and will definitely be looking to come back and stay again soo.

    We stayed at Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre after our car broke down during a trip. Naweed welcomed us warmly and gave us all the info we needed, though there was a small room mix-up (no big deal for us). The next day, our insurer forgot to book the room. Martin spent hours on the phone trying to fix it, even staying past his shift. Thanks to both Naweed and Martin for their patience, kindness, and professionalism. You made a difficult situation so much easier. You deserve more than 5 stars!

    Thanks to the central location of our Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre hotel, you'll be close to the town's top attractions. Whether you're in the mood for a comedy show or a play, there's plenty of great performances on at the nearby Epsom Playhouse. Head over to the famous Epsom Downs Racecourse for an exciting day out at the races, or enjoy a more relaxed afternoon with a walk around the scenic Surrey Hills. If you're staying with kids, then a family trip to Chessington World of Adventures is a must, before returning for a meal at our in-house Kitchen restaurant.
