Epsom Town Centre hotel

One of the best premier inns I have visited. Modern, small food and a bar. Seconds to Epsom town centre, very short walk from railway station. Carpark next to hotel is near always have got a space, not cheap. As its just one row away from high street its quiet. Stayed here several times.

Excellent location. Lovely room - comfortable, very clean & quiet. Good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Can't fault it!

On arrival there was no one in the reception/bar area. I tried the self check in machine but there were no key cards available…. at which a receptionist arrived and completed the process. I asked about getting to the parking behind the Town Hall. The response was a scribble on a piece of paper with a postcode which did not go to the car park! Eventually found it by myself. Room tiny. No fridge. Very little water pressure in shower and dangerous as there was no shower mat. Hot breakfast was average but greasy, rest of options were very average for £11. I guess it was nearly what I expected🤷‍♀️

We’ve stayed at Premier Inn Epsom for the second time now and we’ve really enjoyed it once again. We absolutely love it here and will definitely be back. The location is really convenient, just a short walk from the train station and only around the corner from the high street, which makes everything really easy and accessible. The team are consistently fantastic and create such a welcoming atmosphere. I’d especially like to mention Mila on reception, who looked after us so well. She was thoughtful, always happy to help, and very knowledgeable, which made everything feel really smooth and easy. Chef Hany also deserves a special mention, the Caesar salad he prepared was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. Also thank you to Aslan, the manager, and Sharuar i on the front desk, who were both so warm and welcoming and made us and our children feel really at home. I’d also like to mention the rest of the team, I’m sorry I don’t know all of your names, but everyone deserves a mention for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. A lovely stay overall, and we’re looking forward to coming back again.

There are 226 countries in the world and to date I have visited 179. As a result of renovating a house that we have just purchased my wife and I have been here for a month and will probably be here for another 3 weeks. This hotel is well run and tightly managed by Mr Arslan. Naveed and Sharvira, his deputies are super stars and nothing is too much trouble for them. Premier Inn are very lucky to employ them. Just a few others worthy of mention are Ludmilla, Martin, Nina and Fiona. Even trying to be critical it is impossible to find a fault with any of the staff. All of them have made us feel at home and have bent over backwards to look after us. I would highly recommend it, not just for its location but also as it is very reasonably priced and very safe. The shops and the station are literally a few minutes walk away. This is probably the best managed and reasonably priced hotel in Surrey.
