Stayed here with a friend and safe to say we will not be coming back. Check in was fine staff all kind and informative all very standard in my opinion of a premier inn. However the guy on that night completely ruined my experience with you and I will not recommend you in the future which is a shame because everything else was fine. I came down to get a drink (cola) just after 12am to be told quite rudely that the bar was closed, this being the complete opposite to what we was told earlier that day that the bar was 24 hours for in-house guests. Fine the bar is closed okay but the rudeness coming off him. Clearly hospitality is not the place for him. The woman working with him bless her heart she needs a raise absolute star. She was very apologetic and helped me with the vending machine. Later on I popped down as the internet wasn’t working we needed to book a cab early and what did I see. The man slouched in the arm chair, feet up, phone on, earphones in. SLEEPING !!!!! Now I am not sure but surely the point on having staff in the evening is for safety purposes? The woman again love her heart came round the corner looked like she had been cleaning bless her she stopped what she was doing to come and she help me again with sorting a cab. To say I didn’t sleep well after this would be an understatement to know that that poor woman down stairs love her heart was on her own and had anything arisen 1) I doubt he would have noticed or even done anything about it it with his attitude and 2) what would she have been able to do on her own as I doubt he would have been much help. To the woman on shift that night. You honestly are amazing to deal with that kind of incompetence and still make me feel welcome. You are a STAR and to the man, clearly hospitality isn’t for you. There is no need to be so rude and arrogant and try not to sleep on the job. I wish I had gotten names but I think I was more stunned than anything on this matter.
    "Great premier inn stay"
We chose this premier in. For the location in the town centre . It’s the newer one of the two in Epsom and it has air con which you definitely need in the summer. We checked in and waited until 3 pm until our room was ready . Staff are pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spacious usually compfy beds . Breakfast is lovely with choice of how you would like your eggs cooking …all In all an excellent stay
    "Highly recommended"
I regularly stay at the Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre on business trips. The rooms are comfy and the restaurant is pleasant. The staff are very helpful, especially ‘Mila’ on reception, who is always friendly and welcoming. I will stay again.
"Being revamped at present so lots of issues."
This Premier Inn is currently being updated from top to bottom - or so it appears - and so check-in was not straightforward. Electricity was off so could not have a key card but staff - a nice east European lady - let me in to my room. Workmen were in reception area behind plastic barriers. Power restored after a short while. I had a shower the following morning and it was awful - water coming out in fits and starts, not a steady flow at all. Windows at this Premier Inn can be opened, which is good news, and a fan was provided in the room as air-con was its usual unpredictable self. Bar opposite didn’t open until 5pm and closed 10.15pm according to receptionist. It should look a lot better in a week or two.
    "not outstanding"
they really need to work on aesthetic and odours around reception area as well as parking. also my room stank of BO. the AC was flimsy and barely kept me cool. I wont be staying there again
