Epsom Town Centre hotel

Disappointed on this visit to Epsom. The cups were stained in the room. The walls were “scuffed”. Did not appreciate sleeping in a child’s bed, when I had ordered a twin room. No mugs in the bathroom to rinse our mouths. Reception was unmanned for a long time. It was the second time that we have stayed at this Premier Hotel and experienced a problem with our stomachs following eating in the restaurant. I must say that the kitchen appeared absolutely spotless though.

Great location, had a peaceful stay. Bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Lady on reception really helpful when tv remote wouldn't work and replaced batteries. Unfortunately it was just a faulty remote so I had to rely on a dodgy button at the back of tv. Gave up in the end and just watched the same channel but apart from that no complaints from me.

I have being staying at the Epsom Town Centre branch of premier inn for 10 months due to work commitments The staff are fantastic and really friendly and make staying away from home bearable. Even when busy the staff always find the time to talk to you and make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and always stocked with the essentials.

Emma was wonderful she served breakfast we were a bit late so things had run out but she ran around getting us everything with s big smile. Lovely lady made our stay

I was disappointed with my stay at Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre. The bed itself was comfortable and the sheets appeared clean, and I appreciated having extra pillows available. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to the standard I would expect. There was noticeable staining around the sink plug which looked like it could have been easily cleaned. The shower also had mould around the door frame and on the walls, and the whole shower area was in need of a thorough clean. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday, but our room was not serviced during our stay. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed. I appreciate that room servicing may work differently in budget hotels, but this was not made particularly clear and, for a two-night stay, I would have expected at least some level of housekeeping. There was also no complimentary water left in the room, which would have been a nice touch. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Overall, while the bed was comfortable and the room was adequate for a budget stay, the poor bathroom cleanliness and lack of housekeeping made the hotel feel very basic and, unfortunately, rather cheap. For a Premier Inn, I expected a better standard of cleanliness and presentation. The location is convenient, but based on this experience, I would be unlikely to stay here again unless the cleaning standards improved.
