I’ll start with the fact the room was hot and there’s no air con so the sleep was ok but could’ve been better, a fan was provided and was slightly cooler by the window. The shower pressure wasn’t great but as we only stayed one night it was adequate. All the staff were very good and friendly, especially Donna and Sam at the onsite pub who looked after us at dinner.
Liv who checked us in was helpful too. The location is great for Chessington and after a long day there it was about 15 mins away. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and worth paying for. Dinner was good too and a decent choice.
The room was clean and bar the missing aircon it would’ve been a 5 star review, staff were spot on.

"Dangerously hot room temperature and very noisy"
The rooms were incredibly hot. The temperature never dropped below 26C. The window was open all the time and a fan simply moved the hot air around. No cooling equipment was provided. The room was very noisy with the room above sounding like they were practising on the trampoline! The TV appeared to have the volume limited arbitrarily to little more than a whisper so that it was effectively useless.
The only positive about the hotel is that the parking was free.

"A great stay!"
The room was modern, clean, and spacious. Check-in was easy despite arriving at around midnight and the receptionist was very helpful, providing an iron and ironing board when asked.
Special thanks to Rebecca who was working the breakfast shift - she was warm, helpful, professional and provided excellent service during a busy shift where the hotel seemed understaffed! She is definitely an asset to the Premier Inn company! The food was also good quality.
The only recommendations we had were to install air conditioning and implement buffet style hot breakfast to avoid confusion over orders.
Overall, a really lovely stay!

Would have given it 5 but there was no air con even though it was advertised. The duty manager Dan was amazing he gave us an extra fan and cold drinks. Gave us all the local info we needed for the town and which trains to get to Wimbledon. If they had air con would definitely stay again. Lovely town
