"Just ok"

We had a ground floor family room - 42. Just ok. They would benefit from a larger gap between the bush and the window so that the bugs and leaves didn’t fall on to the window cill when you open the window. The room would get a little more light too as it was very dark. Cobwebs needed cleaning and bathroom floor and walls needed a scrub, mould around the skirtings. Extractor didn’t work very well which may have been why the bathroom smelt damp. Brewers Fair was nice. Was ok for our Chessington stay but wouldn’t return.

Stayed here for the first time after a day at Chessington. Great location and close to Chessington if you are looking for an overnight stay. Brewers Fayre next door good value. When we arrived our family room was very clean and tidy however not fully made up,with a single bed missing. The young lady on reception was really helpful. Made a bed up straight away. Unfortunately didn't get her name, but she was great.

"Dump"

Room stank of damp, was full of mould and filthy dirty. The skirting boards in the bathroom was hanging off. The shower head was covered in mould. Room full of cobwebs and extremely dated and worn out. I stay in a lot of Premier Inns and they used to be great, but now, they are just run down dumps with no maintenance.

room was great food exallant room was cold and in high places was dust and cowebs other then that very clean very satisfiing the restrant staff was very good very helpful in restrant and very friendly and went the extra mile exallent stay

Room was not great, beds not very comfortable and hardly any plug sockets in the room, shower was very slow and bath damaged, food in the restaurant was ok but not great, service very slow and there wasn’t hardly anyone in the restaurant, overall would give this hotel a 4/10 at best
