"Terrible room in need of updating."
Room was dated, dirty and disgusting. Stains on headboards. Mould around windows. Dust everywhere.
Arrived late after 3hr drive with a 7 year old, so went straight to bed. How dirty the room was became apparent in the morning. Completely different to the advirtised room on website and from what was expected. Disappointing as usually have a good experience with premier Inn.

Very disappointed with our stay hotel Very noisy lots of banging also the television was not working reported to relation was told it was broken the breakfast was very disappointed food was cold and not much choice definitely be looking for a another hotel next time visiting combat as we are regularly visiting my son in cobham overall very disappointed đ„.

Stayed over while visiting family in the area
A very nice location with plenty of attractions close by.
The staff were friendly and helpful and quick to deal with any issue( quick mention to the manager Yvonne, who I remember was fantastic thank you. ) rooms appeared clean and tidy .all in all a very pleasant stay .

Poor first impression as the main car park was very small, additional car parking was full of litter and in a wooded area with several footpaths entering and exiting the car park. There were several security dog vans parked there, which was a bit odd. Having said all that it did say it was monitored by CCTV and we left bikes on our roof rack overnight without issue.
Room was hot, but a powerful fan was provided so we did all sleep through the night.
We had arrived at 9pm, tired after a long journey from Belgium, and although the receptionist was friendly she did not ask if we wanted to book breakfast for the morning, and we forgot to ask about it. When we went to try to get breakfast in the joining hotel we were told in mo uncertain terms that it was pre booked breakfasts only and we would not be able to have breakfast. The lady told us she had 50 people to seat and was doing it on her own. I did feel that as hotel guests this wasn't our problem and that Premier Inn should ensure they have capacity to provide all their guests with breakfast! This is the first time we have ever had this problem after staying in many different Premier Inns. Won't be staying here again, the next time we return from a holiday in Europe we are likely to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Epsom!
