"Best staff ever!!"
Wow! I never leave reviews but I couldn't not leave a review for this place. The staff are absolutely incredible. They bend over backwards for you to ensure you have everything you need. Nothing is too much trouble. Special shout out to Chris and Precious who looked after us during our stay. If you want a cheap Premier Inn with a 5* team then book here. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will be back even if it's not the most convenient location. It's worth it!!!

I stayed for ten days while I was waiting to move into my new house. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The receptionist Oxana was especially kind to me and together with Olena, another staff member, they made me feel like part of their family.

"Fantastic weekend away"
Just got home from a brilliant weekend absolutely fantastic. On arrival we was early but was accommodated by staff to be able to drop our luggage off. We came back at check in time check in was smooth and easy to do on check in machine ourself. We was delighted to find a bath in room as we had requested rather than just shower. Room was presented lovely everything was cleaned to high standard. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely sleep both nights. Only couple of maintenence issues in bathroom top right side of ceiling paint flaking. Bathroom skirting could do with a repair. But over all cleaning was good.Maria i the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating at all times. Along with every member of staff we met. We come yearly for Ascot this is 2nd time we have stayed here and will definitely stay again. Very close to shops and pubs. No car park on site but there is one a short walk away. Overall fantastic.

"One word…. GRIM"
Paid £330 to stay at this dump for two nights during Royal Ascot - never again!
Constantly going downstairs to sort problems out, such as; 1 towel provided for 2 people, blocked sink, no tea bags, room not cleaned, iron not working… and this was all just for 24 hrs!
We were told a maintenance person would be up right away for the sink, they never arrived. Had to go back down AGAIN and we were just handed a screwdriver to sort ourselves, what in the health and safety is that!!!?
We put the sign outside the door to clean our room, came home late, wasn’t cleaned. To be told this is something you “opt in” for but no one ever told us (and what’s the point of the door signs then)!
We didn’t stay the second night and will be formally complaining for a full refund.
Car park is also no where near the hotel, so prepared for a walk.
