      "Accessible room"
I stayed with my mum in an accessible room which was a good size and we had a free room next with a connecting door. Unfortunately there was only a bath with a shower over it. This wasn’t accessible for the disabled guest. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to park in the small On site car park using a blue badge. Rooms were clean and quiet, comfortable, and nice and cool and dark.
      "Absolutely Shocking!"
None of my email enquiry/complaint have been responded to!:- Hello Premier Inn Addlestone Management Team- Had the worst nights sleep due to the mattress making my wife & I roll to the middle of the bed, only one pillow each, coffee making facilities not enough components meaning the coffee was like dishwater, no bottled water in the room when 30 plus degree day, bathroom smelt damp especially around the bath shower curtain area, very sparse room which felt odd & uncomfortable as missing furniture like an armchair/chest of draws unit/footstool/small put you up bed, like we have witnessed in other Premier Inn sites. We did not book breakfast & when we went to hand the door keycard back at reception this morning, there were no members of staff manning the reception area, so had to drop the key card into the return box, as had to leave for another engagement back in Kent. I refer back to the Premier Inn guarantee of a full refund when you do not have a good nights sleep, so would appreciate this is honoured? I look forward to hearing from you in due course. Many thanks, Regards, Warren Foreman. Many thanks, Regards, Warren Foreman.
      "OK stay - poor breakfast"
Room as usual as always, clean and comfortable. There was no couch bed in the room, which makes acessing the luggage harder for 85 year olds like us.
      "No Meal Deal..!"
After booking online for my family of four people. Two adults and two children we had booked for the meal deal on line at £26.99 only to find out when we arrived at this Premier Inn in Addlestone, Surrey, United Kingdom that there was know Chef and we could only have the breakfast in the morning. Online it took our hard earned money and nothing was said. This is not on..! So we went out to the horrible Nandos and eat there instead. Premier Inn need to sort out there web site..!
      "Average Premier Experience"
I like to stay in a Premier Inn as I know what I am going to get, as far as Premier Inn's go this one didn't stand out but it met requirements. Parking: There is a small car park immediately by the hotel with ~4 spaces delegated as belonging to the hotel but with 30 minute use only. If you park at a local multi-storey (~5 minute walk away) and register your car at reception you can park there for whatever period of time you select for free, with unlimited exit/entry during that time. If you have heavy cases I would strongly recommend parking at the hotel then moving to the multi-storey. Check-In/Staff: The check-in area here is on floor 1, and is a relatively small space allowing only 1 member of staff to work at a time, therefore if you have a slower party ahead of you there can be a fair wait. However the staff I saw here were very friendly. One of my friends asked for an ironing board for their room, whilst this was retrieved quickly the staff member doing so was a bit on the stoic side. At breakfast the lady on reception was pleasant enough, but couldn't find all of our party on the list to have breakfasts (booking confirmation confirmed we had paid for breakfast) - luckily this was not an issue and she just allowed us all through. Breakfast: Standard Premier Inn buffet - refills on the hot food could have been a little quicker but all the basics were covered. I've known bigger restaurant areas but for the size the space was well utilised and I had no complaints. Room(s): I was situated on the 2nd floor, right next to the lifts (but not the same side as them luckily) which did concern me as I'd hear all foot traffic past my door, but the room was surprisingly quiet. A little dated in the way Premier Inn rooms often are, but clean enough. My only major issue was the slight urine smell that lingered in the bathroom for a few hours, and the fact it was a shower curtain in the shower. That aside the shower had good pressure and heated quickly. I'm unlikely to be in this area overnight again, but if I needed to I would stay here again.
