"Premier inn excellent, forget the restaurant though!"
Our go to place when we need an overnight stay in lowestoft..We arrived early this time, by a few hours, but lisa on reception got us in our room quickly and efficiently..we also requested a downstairs room to which we got too so I can only give it 5 stars..both manager and lisa so customer friendly its nice to see! Room clean, comfortable and as expected..no fan in room but after asking, one was delivered in 5 minutes..for the money and service, its so far ahead than the travel lodge..
Only real disappointment was the beefeater..we had a free breakfast offer but that experience was terrible..dirty place, food bland and typical cheap catering food..would not eat there again! Staff to busy eating, drinking and chatting to themselves they forgot the customer!
Shame as hotel great!

Very clean and tidy staff very friendly and polite special mention to the lovely lady on reception called Jayne she was a breath of fresh air so helpful chatty đđ» room was ver clean and tidy plenty of fresh clean towels clean carpets spotless room for accessible room was quite a long walk but all in all a lovely little place and right next to foxborrow meal in there was really good too ,

"Nice room, missing towel"
Friendly front desk staff, clean room, comfy bed. Only issue was that we were only given one towel even though the booking was for two people and we didnât notice until one of us was without a method of drying. I would say it was on us to check but if you have two people booked into a room, it makes sense to put two towels in.

"Excellent family stay."
Another brillisnt stay at this Premier Inn. We booked 1 family room for the night during the February Half Term week. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was a great size and was spotless. Its great to have a good shower and comfy beds and to take time to relax. We opted to have the full breakfast the following morning where hot foid is cooked to order, reducing waste and being freshly cooked. Coffee was lovely too. We have stayed at the hotel many times and we know we will always have an enjoyable stay.
