"An excellent hotel"
From start to finish we had a lovely time. Abbie was most helpful on reception, Kieran on bar together with another young man, perhaps the manager were also very helpful, all providing excellent service.

"When working away from home a good place to stay with good quality food."
Easy to use good nights sleep and good food. Able to catch up on paperwork and the room was clean comfy the restaurant was was welcoming food was good and the staff all worked well together. The breakfast was good and served promptly enabling me to get away in good time for my next customer.

"Good accommodation and good evening meal, shame about the breakfast"
Stayed for one night at the Lowestoft premiere inn, the accommodation was what we expect from a premier inn the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Due to the weather the duvet had been removed from the cover and the cover was put on the bed which for us was ideal, there was also a fan in the room which was a bonus. We paid for the meal deal as felt it was reasonably good value. It was for the evening meal but the breakfast was very poor, some of the cereals had run out, the bread was in very short supply and unfortunately there was no attempt by the staff to acknowledge that and refresh them. When the cooked breakfast came out, the bacon was so over cooked it was inedible, the hash browns were awful, not sure how they had been cooked but they tasted disgusting, the best thing on my plate was the sausage. It wasn’t that busy in the restaurant that the chef wouldn’t have noticed what was going out on the plates, but I was surprised that any self respecting cook would allow the food to go out in the way it did. Up to that point our stay had been pleasant but being faced with a poor meal to start the day it overshadowed our last day. We have stayed at quite a few premier inns through the years and sadly to say the breakfast at this one was the worst we have had in all that time.

"Would stay again!!"
Had an amazing stay at premier inn. Was well looked after especially from Jayne. Nothing was too much trouble she’s always going above and beyond!! Even with this very hot weather and no air con for the receptionists she greeted everyone with a smile!
