Great service from the staff. Particularly from Taylor who went out of her way to help us - right when we needed it. Really appreciated.

"Very nice stay"
The receptionist (Jack) was great! Very efficient check in and the room was lovely and clean. The car park was very helpful as there is not much parking elsewhere near by- but i think it £9 for 24hrs. The food during breakfast was very tasty so compliments to the chef! The only let down was the service we received from the lady waiting the breakfast service. Other than that it was great stat and will defo stay again when visiting friends and family.
"Taylor superstar service."
We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and was met with a warm greeting from a young lady at reception. We checked in easier than expected and was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy, respect and friendliness of Taylor. She was immensely helpful with her assistance checking in and information needed, Taylor went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She was bright, pleasant, well presented and a massive credit to premier inns. Good staff are very hard to find you have a diamond there, please ensure you look after her and praise her for her hard work and dedication to being the best, which she is. Great job..

Simply fantastic. Excellent location just behind the waterfront. Having stayed in a few Premier Inns over the years can honestly say this one stands out as superior. Super clean modern airy rooms. Good parking spaces. Staff very very attentive and professional. Great pricing for a superb location . Thank you Premier Inn.
