Ipswich Town Centre (Quayside) hotel

Lovely hotel but in this heat you really needed a fan in the room because with the window open its noisy and the tv is only set to go no louder than 15 so you struggle to hear it.The air con was set at 19 which is set by the hotel so you couldnt lower it to cool down. Who wants it on 19 when its 28 degrees outside! Rooms are clean and good value. Staff are friendly and very helpful. No cooked brekky today as they had no chef so few customers were disgruntled which you would of thought a big company would have made a back up. But to be honest i really like the hotel and the parking was good to and its in a good location with view of the quay. I will stay again thats fir definate.

We had a two day break in Ipswich and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of both the accommodation and service here. Location is ideal for the city centre and Riverside area . We stayed in a Premier plus room and it was very good , large comfy bed and excellent clean bathroom . Staff were efficient and helpful and the breakfast was surprising in quality . Will definitely stay in a Premiere Inn again now .

Myself and my son were on a 2 day cycling holiday and stayed here. We both were well impressed with everything. The beds were very comfort. The breakfast was gorgeous and the rooms were clean. The staff were very nice.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff and fabulous Premier plus room on 5th floor, although on a busy road the windows were excellent for noise reduction. Very modern room and lovely bathroom. We will be back
