"An adventure"
My husband and I had a couple of nights here as it was the closest to where we needed to be. Right from check in we got such a lovely friendly welcome. In fact every staff member we encountered were so helpful and pleasant, they couldn’t do enough.

Lee was absolutely fantastic and went over and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He is a real credit to Premier Inn!!! I would highly recommend staying here, the staff really make it a special hotel. I’m disabled and the help we have got is amazing and would not hesitate to come back time after time!!! Thank you 🙏🏻

"A great stay but the room was just too hot"
The temperature of the rooms needs addressing, this is not just a problem at this Premier Inn. We have stayed at several different ones over the years and apart from some of those in London which have air con the rooms generally are just too hot. We could only open the window slightly due to a restriction on it. A stand up fan was put in all the rooms but was useless as didn’t actually generate any air flow. Family members also stayed in 2 other rooms & had the same issues with the heat & fan.
Aside from this everything everything else about our stay was great from the customer service to the room cleanliness. The breakfast was fantastic & a highlight of the stay as usual.

"Fine for a quick stay"
Parking was great, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very nice and the waitress went out of her way to help with any dietary / allergy issues.
I had booked early check in but the room wasn't ready for some time.
The bathroom had drainage issues causing an unpleasant smell from the sink, and the shower to back up. The room was hot and the fan did little to help, with the window only opening a few inches.

Fantastic value for money - rooms need updating but they are priced accordingly - comfortable and clean. Staff are excellent
