Ipswich (Chantry Park) hotel

Perfect, we check in late the lady on reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean had no faults. The breakfast was great with no problems and the morning staff were also very nice and helpful. Excellent stay.

We went to chantry again and were greeted by a very pleasant polite gentleman called Joe very helpful a great asset to chantry. We must say we find Selina a major asset at chantry due to her ability to bring everyone in restaurant closer with her delightful and pleasant way breakfast is so fun with her lighthearted and diligent way she handles the whole room and activates a wonderful feeling of wellbeing she makes our stop overs a joy Big Thank You Joe and Selina For making our stay perfect

I’m still staying at Premier Inn Ipswich Chantry Park and thought I’d write this now rather than inevitably forgetting once I leave tomorrow. It was a very last minute stay, but I was accommodated with absolute ease and have been made to feel incredibly welcome. Every member of staff I have come across has been friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful, even when faced with my numerous slightly silly questions. Nothing has felt like too much trouble. The night staff have been equally brilliant, always really friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. There genuinely seems to be a fantastic team here, and it really shows that they take pride in their roles and in making guests feel welcome. My room has been exceptionally clean, private, quiet and comfortable, which is exactly what I needed. I’d especially like to mention Selina, who was running the breakfast shift today. She was polite, funny, approachable and clearly incredibly hardworking and efficient, but what stood out most was how genuinely easy she was to talk to. She took a real interest in the work I’ve been doing during my stay, rather than the conversation ever feeling like standard customer service small talk. Staying somewhere alone can occasionally feel a little daunting, particularly at breakfast when the room quickly fills with couples, families and groups. Selina’s conversation, attentiveness and good humour completely changed that. I felt far from being the isolated solo guest sitting in the corner. Excellent service throughout my stay so far from a fantastic team who clearly care about what they do. That extra bit of genuine human warmth really does make a difference, and I’ll be leaving tomorrow very glad I chose to stay here.

Super easy check in, Joe was great! I also needed some printing and Joe was super efficient again and sorted it for me immediately.

Comfy room, warm, could black out windows, quiet and close to breakfast. Staff welcoming but bath a bit grotty. Black mould possibly or just build up of dirt around taps etc which was a little off putting. There was parking outside which was level to entrance- when full was a bit of a walk to the end of the parking facilities to the entrance. Breakfast was good- lovely selection and relaxed
