"Real Hospitality"
Unexpectedly warm hospitality which one does not always expect.
A lovely, united team who clearly enjoy offering good service.
All very good but a special mention for Selina, who runs the breakfast room, and makes everyone feel like a welcome friend.

"Old school service you cannot put a price on"
Unpretentious, decor a little bit tired, but the staff more than made up for it, top breakfast, been to many places that have a mess of that meal, really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I had a couple of nights here as it was the closest to where we needed to be. Right from check in we got such a lovely friendly welcome. In fact every staff member we encountered were so helpful and pleasant, they couldn’t do enough.

Lee was absolutely fantastic and went over and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He is a real credit to Premier Inn!!! I would highly recommend staying here, the staff really make it a special hotel. I’m disabled and the help we have got is amazing and would not hesitate to come back time after time!!! Thank you 🙏🏻

"A great stay but the room was just too hot"
The temperature of the rooms needs addressing, this is not just a problem at this Premier Inn. We have stayed at several different ones over the years and apart from some of those in London which have air con the rooms generally are just too hot. We could only open the window slightly due to a restriction on it. A stand up fan was put in all the rooms but was useless as didn’t actually generate any air flow. Family members also stayed in 2 other rooms & had the same issues with the heat & fan.
Aside from this everything everything else about our stay was great from the customer service to the room cleanliness. The breakfast was fantastic & a highlight of the stay as usual.
