    "Amazing place went above and beyond"
    The staff was amazing I was staying at premier inn for an ultra marathon I was running the following day. The staff left a note in my room wishing me good luck they left sweets and some bath salts in the room with my note they was amazing

    Have stayed here a few times always pleased with our stay it is central to where we want to be.we go to speedway at Ipswich when we know their is top teams fighting it out for top spot in the tables

    We had an amazing experience as always when coming to this site. Selina and Emily are friendly and welcoming and a perfectly cooked Breakfast by Nicole. We will come back, thank you all!
    "Avoid room 7"
    We have stayed in many Premier Inns in our time but room 7 at this one is the worst room we’ve had. It is much smaller than the usual room, especially the bathroom. Not much bigger than a bathroom on a ferry. The one night we stayed the fan in the bathroom buzzed all night; it has a Saniflow system which is very noisy; there is an air conditioning unit close to it which kicked in an out all night; it is next to the kitchen so we were woken early by staff preparing breakfast and the was a large number of dead flies on the window sill. All in all not a good experience. We could have and should have asked to change rooms but we arrived late and were exhausted from a day’s travelling and just wanted to get our heads down. When we mentioned our concerns in the morning the manager bizarrely said Premier Inns are undergoing a refurbishment programme but they aren’t on the list. Contact Premier Inn Head Office. From reading other reviews I’m sure other rooms are better but try to avoid room 7 if you plan on staying here.
