"Excellent Service at Hotel in Rural Location"
We visited the Premier Inn Chantry Park Hotel during our holiday in Suffolk, staying for 7 nights. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were allocated a Double Room in a quiet location on the 1st. Floor.
During our stay we received excellent Service from all Staff Members, we were in touch with. They were without exception friendly and most helpful going beyond what could be expected of them.
For Breakfast there was an extensive Menu to choose from and a Member of Staff took our Order, with all items freshly cooked by the Kitchen Staff. Everything was well prepared and served in good time.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Hotel, which was conveniently placed near Ipswich and the Suffolk Coast.
We would be happy to recommend the Premier Inn Chantry Park Hotel to family members and/or friends.

"Not great room cleaning/bed making"
On check-in they ask if you would like your room cleaned/bed made each day.
We said yes, it was done ofter the first day, BUT NOT after the second day, and no explanation from reception.

"Great Staff"
Recently visited this hotel on business and I must say the staff here were exceptional. The hotel itself could do with a bit of an update. Special mention to I think her name was Solina who was the breakfast host. She greeted me with a smile and extreme positivity. Her general attitude towards her work isn't seen often these days. Thank you.

"Great experience. Comfortable, clean and very helpful staff."
Quiet location, very clean and comfortable with a lovely bed.
All the staff were friendly and helpful and there was always someone there to answer questions and offer advice.
Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty.
Everything we wanted for a relaxed short break.

"Staff made this visit!"
Wonderful staff at this hotel really made our stay! We were staying for a gymnastics comp and had an early start - although cooked breakfast didn’t start to 7am the staff made the effort to make sure we still had access to the continental breakfast a lots of pastries, muffins, pancakes, yogurt cereal etc.
Although a little older than some of the other Inns we have stayed at, the place was clean and well maintained. No problems parking in the carpark.
Would recommend :)
