    "Amazing staff"
    This hotel stay exceeded all of my expectations. You know what you are getting with a Premier Inn, and as usual the room was clean and the bed was comfy. However, what really set this hotel apart is its staff. Without exception the staff were friendly, great with kids, and went above and beyond to make sure we, and other guests, had everything we needed. They really did make a difference. Although there is no on site restaurant, there is a well-rated gastro pub right next door, and the breakfast room provides the great Premier Inn breakfast that we all love. The only factor against this hotel is the lack of air conditioning, but if that is not a deal breaker for you I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

    Great stay room very nice lee on reception made our stay brilliant we had booked a double room unfortunately the room was upstairs my wife's condition had changed and we needed a room which was accessable luckily lee on reception sorted out different room couldn't have asked for someone better to organise a difficult situation otherwise we would have had to have gone home lee is such a friendly person and part of a very good team he delivered a high standard of customer care we would like to come back if my wife's situation changes I will reccomend this hotel to anyone
    "Amazing place went above and beyond"
    The staff was amazing I was staying at premier inn for an ultra marathon I was running the following day. The staff left a note in my room wishing me good luck they left sweets and some bath salts in the room with my note they was amazing

    Have stayed here a few times always pleased with our stay it is central to where we want to be.we go to speedway at Ipswich when we know their is top teams fighting it out for top spot in the tables
