"Exceptional stay đ"
This is the second time I have stayed here, the location is close to other areas to visit, there is a nice relaxed & friendly atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, very clean with all amenities, bathroom is a little on the small size but still very clean, I would definitely recommend & is value for money. I had the breakfast & that is cooked fresh & again definitely value for money đ

"Excellent customer service"
Excellent. Lovely warm welcoming staff. Went the extra mile to make our short 2 night stay comfortable. Definitely go back . What the hotel lacked in appearance.. certainly made up for by the exceptional customer service!!

"No air conditioner"
Reasonable hotel but no air con and the fan supplied was inadequate as the window could not be opened more than a couple of inches, the room was over 30 degrees, will never frequent a premier Inn until they start supplying air con, increase the cost slightly to cover the cost

Really hope the staff get recognised here because they made our stay.
Arrived and our rooms werenât together (my mistake) sorted without even asking âŚ
Needed a few little minor bits - no problem at all.
Breakfast staff wonderful and happy and again really accommodating.
Friendly atmosphere, quiet and out the way and free parking which again is a huge bonus. Would use again. Beds also comfiest Iâve had with premier inn.

We visit this area regularly to see family and have tried a few hotels but this is the best and the one we keep on coming back to!
Yes it's a little tired but it's in a quiet location conveniently placed for access to Ipswich and the staff make sure we always get a warm welcome: their attentiveness and attention to detail make the experience extra special.
Special mentions to Justin and Selina for their efficient and friendly breakfast service supported on our visit this time by Zoe and Nicole behind the scenes in the kitchen; Sylvie and Lou made sure our housekeeping requests were met; Paul was quietly available to ensure everything worked; Lauren, Natalia, Maddy, Tammy, Jenny and Beth all friendly and welcoming, ready to offer help and advice.
A happy and lovely group of staff demonstrating teamwork at it's very best. We will be back, we've tried the rest but this , for us, is the best.
