"Was running late and had to get checked in very helpful members of staff"
Alica Was very helpful me checking in and smooth transaction and made me feel very welcome Amazing place to stay at the biggest Wetherspoons I ever know man It’s like a station
"Disappointed."
Not the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. Non-refundable price of £152 for one night and NO breakfast, so not good value. Not sure whether to stay there again unless nothing else available.
"Thoroughly recommended"
Premier Inn is our hotel of choice for our getaways and Premier Inn Bury St Edmunds did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable and very close to the town. All the staff were amazing and we thoroughly recommend it.
"Best Place to Stay in Bury St Edmunds"
Excellent place to stay in Bury St. Edmunds. Breakfast is AMAZING and Chef Glenn was very friendly. The entire staff were very friendly. The hotel was also very clean. It’s right in the town center close to everything. Highly recommend!
"Very uncomfortable stay"
room cold on arrival, very noisy extractor fan, poorly made, uncomfortable bed (bottom sheet too small so not tucked in well & duvet cover too big for duvet so both bunched up around my arms, legs & feet) so I hardly slept all night. Downloaded gluten free dinner menu prior to arrival & planned to order TexMex burger; menu states "all our burgers are served in a non-gluten-containing bun" only to be told gluten free buns were not available so I ordered 7oz Chargrilled Gammon Steak; menu states "with skin on chips" however chips were skin off, horrible, thin, overcooked chips. Later in the evening I tried to purchase a large bottle of water from reception and was told I could not pay by card but I had no cash at which point staff directed me to the vending machine which was out of water, what a joke! I paid over £200 for one night, zero value for money, uncomfortable bed, hardly slept, below average food, poor staff attitude, not acceptable!
