Bury St Edmunds Town Centre hotel

Great location, not far from the Abbey Gardens and Cathedral. Clean and quiet room. Price not bad. And Grace who was at reception was very pleasant and helpful.

Great stay for almost 2 weeks. Trying to get relocated so extend my stay multipletimes. All the staff are awesome and really helpful as I continually made changes to check in and out. Julie stepped in and help make things work, can't say enough good things

I had a great experience at Premier Inn, and I want to give a special thank you to Julie for her outstanding customer service. She was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. We had paid £15 for early check in which was from 11am. We arrived at 1pm and were told that we would have to wait to see if there were any rooms ready. When I said that we had paid for early check in I was told haughtily that "It's subject to availability". We were kept waiting for 15 minutes before we were allocated a room. When we got there and had a shower I found that the hairdryer didn't work. By this time, as we had to be at a funeral there was no time to complain but on our way out I did mention it only to be told that I had used it wrongly. On our return 3 of us tried it again and could not get it to work. After a second complaint it was replaced with a working appliance.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond expectations to make our stay a pleasant one. Every member of staff that we came into contact with could not have been more helpful and friendly. A special mention to Liam, Mason, Eric and Sophie. Thank you all. We will return next year.
