"Wonderful stay in Bury St Edmunds"
From our arrival, the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was so accessible to the town centre. We especially enjoyed our breakfast, and the whole experience was enhanced by the lovely Julie who not only welcomed us with a cheery smile but talked us through the breakfast process. She was especially keen to help me with the vegetarian breakfast, going the extra mile to liaise with the chef to get what I needed. I cannot recommend the Premier Inn and Julie highly enough.

"Nice location"
Nice clean place. Room was large and the breakfast choice was very good It’s near the cathedral and an easy walk to town. Market days Wednesday and Saturday which is good. Car parking is quite dear so up to you if you park there or find an alternative place

Have stayed here before and were very impressed with the hotel and it's location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy.
