"The service i received great experience from Sophie!"
If you are looking for a hotel that prioritizes cleanliness and great service, look no further. The nights team sophie and gemma provided great customer service during my stay and remembered my birthday. The bed was comfortable, Everything about this hotel is world-class. Highly, highly recommend.
"Loved the stay, great night staff!"
I stayed with my company for a week in room 214, which was lovely and clean. The staff were wonderful—especially the night staff, Gemma and Sophie, who were very accommodating and made sure nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for another fantastic stay! Jason
"Worst night ever"
Check in was a slow process and big queue. The room smelt of urine and the the toilet had poo stains, yes I took a picture. The room was next to the boiler room which was banging and clanking all night. When I complained at 2am in the they were unable to move me. The good night guarantee only gives you the room rate back and does not compensate you for a spoilt experience.
"Not value for money"
Great central location and only 5 minutes to Hospice. Booked into on Saturday £122.00. Only two staff visible who covered rooms, reception, bar and restaurant. However both very friendly, welcoming and eager to pleased regardless. Had to ask for clean pillows as ones in room grubby and old. We asked for another set of towels as only one set in room. As of Monday, the room had not been cleaned or made up and according to Manager, this is normal policy and rooms will not be cleaned if not requested 🙁. However, no room cleaning service visible until Monday. Manager seriously lacking in Customer Care Skills. Food very basic and NOT value for money. Look elsewhere. Ann, Norfolk
"Excellent experience."
Lovely clean and quiet Premier Plus room. Nicely equipped with coffee and teas and even chocolate bars. Very comfortable bed and good sized bathroom with powerful, drenching shower in bath tub. Breakfast was excellent and generous with all kinds of goodies for continental breakfast and very nice hot breakfast with everything included cooked by Glen and looked after by Julie. A great start to the day.
