"The best Premiere Inn"
Stayed on 21st September for one night. 2 rooms and breakfast. Excellent… Fran was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way for us. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a Premiere Inn… i think Jamie was the Chef, the breakfast was fresh, well cooked, fluffy scrambled egg and crispy bacon. We could not fault the food. The room was clean, the bed super-comfy. Had a great sleep. We will definetly go back again. We wish more hotels could be this standard .
"50th birthday"
Room was clean . Great location Facilities good. Kind,friendly staff who gave us a free small bottle of prosecco each for friends 50th celebrations. We were very disappointed as this was my friends 50 th birthday and she had requested when she booked the hotel that our rooms were together as there were.3 of us staying in 2 rooms. Unfortunately we were on separate floors and they were a long way apart. When we asked the staff they said it was fully booked however we feel that as not all guests had checked in this could have been sorted . This made it difficult for joining each other in our rooms and sharing certain appliances and the general reason for our trip. One of our group staying a long way from us did spoil our trip as she felt isolated . Unfortunately the 3 requests made prior to coming were that we were on the ground floor due to mobility problems , rooms to be near each other and a full breakfast. None of these were sorted .

Such friendly staff, especially nikki who checked me in and then seen her at the bar and she was so welcoming and good to talk to.

Stopped for a week with work. The staff were amazing and so was the food. Julie really mad us feel welcome and perfect blend of attentive with chill.
