This was a great location as we were moving on to Centre Parks the next day, the parking was easy and the staff were most helpful and friendly.

"Confusing car park and stuffy rooms"

Very confusing parking arrangements! Some people get charged - some people don’t Stuffy low quality bathrooms with fans that do not clear all the steam before turning off, and no air in the bedroom, windows sealed shut.

"Great location"

Situated in a nice, quiet location but still close to the town centre and all it has to offer. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was not hot and some items had obviously been sitting there a while. However, there was a good choice of items, along with the continental choice.

"Poor bedroom but staff are lovely"

I travel for business and have stayed in many Premier Inns, many having had upgrades. The staff are lovely at this hotel but the bedroom was very much a let down. I stayed on the second hottest night of the year. As I walked down the corridor and neared the door (room 310) I could hear a loud pitch squealing. It was the air conditioning in the room. It was lovely and cold but an unbearable noise that was definitely not going to let me sleep with it on. This room is also right next to the road so opening the window also doesn't facilitate a good night's sleep as Lenny has advertised! I went to get into bed and pulled back one of the pillows that had caught under the bedhead. It was filthy. I went in the shower, the shower head holder was broken so couldn't be adjusted. I started taking a shower and the shower tray kept filling with water and not draining quickly enough. By the time I had finished the water had flooded onto the bathroom floor. This hotel is primarily used by workers. It is no excuse to have such poor facilities. I choose this one when staying as it is right next to a Tesco extra which is convenient for food and sandwiches etc. I will seriously think about whether I should stay here again as it has been deteriorating for some time.
