"Alton towers stay"
Very happy with my stay ,very clean ,beds were nice and comfy and a nice little restaurant, with amenities like fuel asda Greg's right next door :)

I had to give 1 star they don't offer minus, The evening staff where unfriendly within the restaurant, waited over 50 minutes for food, no desserts offered even on meal deals. Staff busy behind the bar talking to each other rather than taking orders. An elderly couple who had booked and was told no seating available in the restaurant and was told to sit in the bar area, younger couple came in 1 minute after without booking a table served by the same waitress who told the elderly couple no seating available and was immediately shown to a table in the restaurant area. the elderly couple walked out. staff prioritising younger couples, over elderly, looked like discrimination. if you are of the elder generation I would steer clear of this hotel, if you want to feel valued. I checked out after 3 nights and I was booked in for the week.

Stayed 1 night in Uttoxeter as a solo traveller Becky and Lou on reception were so lovely made me feel really welcome and like and old friend you know what your getting with a premier Inn but its the staff that makes a difference highly recommend

Had a really enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn Uttoxeter.
A special mention to Becky and Lou, who were both absolutely brilliant. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and good fun, which really made the experience feel personal and relaxed from the moment we arrived.
It’s clear they both care about giving guests a great experience, and they are a real credit to the hotel.

"Highly Recommended"
The location was brilliant for local amenities such as shopping (food, drink and other). The atmosphere was brilliant. The room was fantastic and it was very clean, as was the whole hotel. It was definitely value for money. The noise level was very low, The overall service was brilliant and the hotel was very close to the amenities

We're handily located just off the A50 at the junction with Derby Road - so while the hotel may not be our quietest, you're in a great position to hit the road and discover everything the area has to offer. Take a flutter at Uttoxeter Racecourse, or a wild ride at Alton Towers. Step back in time at Sudbury Hall and the Museum of Childhood, or explore the ruins of Croxden Abbey. After a busy day, head back for a tasty meal in our restaurant and unwind in your spacious room and extra-comfy bed. Please note, there is a service station and a lorry park next door, both of which operate around the clock.
