"Good night sleep"
Friendly welcoming staff, quick check in. There was no restaurant so used the Dapple Gray a 10 minute walk, which served lovely food at reasonable prices. There is also a burger king, subway, Greg's and Asda express next door. You were given a free take away breakfast of muffins, pastries, tea, coffee etc. I asked for extra duvet but unfortunately didn't get one. The rooms were big, had air-conditioning, comfortable beds, big towels, powerful shower with shower gel etc. We stayed to go alton towers about 10 miles and it took about 20 minutes if you leave about 8am don't leave much later as you will be stuck in 40 minute to an hour traffic on top of the journey time I would stay here again.
"Very comfortable premier plus rooms"
Very comfortable stay and I am now a premier plus convert. We had a late night issue that was promptly solved by Becky. Had a wonderful stay thank you!
"Friendly and helpful staff"
Had another wonderful stay, even though the restaurant is undergoing upgrades the staff are really friendly and helpful with advice on the best places to go for a meal during these works, the rooms are spot on as usual, very clean and quite. A special mention for Becky on reception for taking the time to have a chat and make you feel like a person not just a customer/stranger like some of the places I’ve stayed at, can’t recommend this place enough, I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. Week Done to the entire team and I hope to see you all again soon. Thankyou 😁😁😁
"Great reception staff, comfy staf"
We had a great short break at Uttoxeter Premier Inn. Despite the lack of on site restaurant at the moment, it did everything we needed. Beds are very comfy. We are particularly grateful to Becky on Reception who really went above and beyond with trying to help one of our group. Her kindness was way more than what was expected.
"Accessibility issues"
Requested ground floor months in advance as we have a disabled toddler. Were given first floor and as far away as possible. No lifts. Also, only let us know about the restaurant being closed a week before our visit, dispute the building work being started some months ago

We're handily located just off the A50 at the junction with Derby Road - so while the hotel may not be our quietest, you're in a great position to hit the road and discover everything the area has to offer. Take a flutter at Uttoxeter Racecourse, or a wild ride at Alton Towers. Step back in time at Sudbury Hall and the Museum of Childhood, or explore the ruins of Croxden Abbey. After a busy day, head back for a tasty meal in our restaurant and unwind in your spacious room and extra-comfy bed. Please note, there is a service station and a lorry park next door, both of which operate around the clock.
