"Alton Towers stay"
Stayed overnight before going to Alton Towers theme park. Excellent sleep, quiet hotel with good breakfast. Just what we needed before the mayhem of the park!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and both experiences have been wonderful. Every member of the front desk team has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
I traveled here to pick out and pick up my wedding dress, and after a long flight I was completely exhausted. Amy truly went above and beyond by seeing if she could arrange an earlier check-in for me. She made me feel so valued and genuinely cared for. Thanks to her kindness, I was able to get some much-needed rest before my dress fitting, which made such a difference.
Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and it's one of the reasons I'll continue coming back. Thank you, Amy, and the entire front desk team, for making my stay so memorable!

"Good as usual"
Despite early problems with the kitchen we enjoyed our stay (as we usually do with Premier Inn) The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was as we expect I am disabled so the accessible rooms are perfect It was very quiet despite being a weekend and quite busy We will be back

"Review for the lovely Lou!!"
On arrival, the lovely Lou on reception was the kindest, sweetest lady with the biggest smile! Room was clean, tidy with comfortable bed. Room could’ve done with a little spruce up, sealant around the bath, bath panel was bubbly - I’m assuming from where water has gotten in, bathroom door didn’t lock and hairdryer sounded like it was about to blow up.
Breakfast was lovely as always!
I did notice a few rats outside one evening so knees up when walking to and from the hotel!!
I did mention all of this to the lovely ladies on reception the morning we were leaving.

We stayed for one night as a base for Alton Towers.
As to be expected with Premier Inn the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities.
The down side was the breakfast, both my husband and I couldn’t eat the cooker breakfast it tasted like it had been cooked in very old oil.
I ended up having a couple of pastries which when you consider the price wasn’t great.

We're handily located just off the A50 at the junction with Derby Road - so while the hotel may not be our quietest, you're in a great position to hit the road and discover everything the area has to offer. Take a flutter at Uttoxeter Racecourse, or a wild ride at Alton Towers. Step back in time at Sudbury Hall and the Museum of Childhood, or explore the ruins of Croxden Abbey. After a busy day, head back for a tasty meal in our restaurant and unwind in your spacious room and extra-comfy bed. Please note, there is a service station and a lorry park next door, both of which operate around the clock.
