"A star service!"
The lady on reception (I think it might be Lisa, she had glasses) was so so friendly, nothing was too much trouble, she calmed my toddler with a toy or two and she helped us to look at whether the bedding was cotton or not due to my toddlers severe eczema. She really is a complete credit to the premier inn team, and I really hope she is rewarded, as she made our stay! Team members like her are why customers like myself wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and book with premier inn in the future. I also want to thank the restaurant staff, in particular a lady who I think is called Courtney, as she was just lovely and so helpful with my gluten intolerance, as was the chef. A- star service from both teams, thank you so much again!

Had a great stay, Lisa on reception is amazing. She was so friendly and great with the children, she let them all pick a little toy each. Beds were so comfy and rooms were immaculate. Thank you will definitely stay again 😊😊

Hotel was great - it's a perfectly clean premier inn, exactly what you'd expect. No frills, comfy bed. This review is for the restaurant, The Centurion, particularly.
My wife and daughter both have food allergies and it was probably the best care we've ever experienced in a restaurant in terms of catering for allergies. They didn't panic or make a big fuss, but they knew exactly what to do, prepared everything separately without us asking to avoid cross-contamination, and never made us feel like we were causing a problem or making their lives difficult.

I travel a lot and Premier Inn Tamworth South has become a regular stop - Sophie has a great team and they often go out of their way to make sure my stay as pleasant as possible. Looking forward to my next visit already!
