"Have Make your own bed and wake up at crack of dawn for breakfast"
First entered to the parking spaces being very hard to find because premier guests had to share with beefeater. Reception hidden down a dead end road . A very long trek especially for disabled people and the elderly. Reception area has nice Aircon however staff indercate rooms do not have this luxury which is quite appalling especially as hotel rooms have been refurbished. We were then rudely advised that the latest possible breakfast was at 7.15 as booked up after that . We felt we were being forced to get up due to this fact and didn't want to wake up this early due to a previous long journey and need some well earned sleep.Fan is provided however very noisy and doesn't make much of a difference. Apon entering our room we were hit with a horrid musty smell which hit hard . We got in ready for bed to then realise not have any duvets, then later discovered beds had not actually been made properly mattress toppers were exposed due to sheets not been put on properly. There was also some suspicious stains on the king size bed sheet. We went down to reception to address are concerns with reception to see another family checking in and overheard the receptionist tell the other family that beds had not been made " for our comfort " due to the heat . I don't know about other people but I would of preferred the option to have duvet on already and if not wanted them take it off . Food in beefeater was quite scrumptious but could have had a refurb. Shout out to are lovely waitress Amalia who was very lovely. Due to being forced to have breakfast early we decided to cancel and go across the road to McDonald's which was quite convenient and have a breakfast there as cheaper and don't dictate to when I eat my bacon and sausages. I hope this review helps some people of whether to go to this hotel and quite frankly...DONT !

"Waste of money, no made beds and breakfast served way too early."
Appalling. The location fantastic, asda and mcdonalds across the road with mcdonalds being better breakfast option than premier inn. Parking was tricky as unsure of where to go. No signage and no premier inn parking as shared with beefeater. Disabled parking long distance from reception with reception being located at end of dead end road where cars confused on what to do. Reception area vending machiene and milk and coffee supplies. Air-conditioning throughout reception however not provided within rooms!!!!!
Staff quite rude especially when asking about beds not being made and no duvets. Odd brown stains on the larger bed sheet. Supposedly not made to ensure comfort. Foul smell of must in our room.
Staff in the beefeater very nice except manger glaring at Staff. Food lovely. However requiring a rufurbishment as quite run down with sign only reading beef. Beds uncomfortable with mattress toppers crooked. Also told upon arrival that breakfast was only available from 6.30 till 7.15. Would recommend going to mcdonalds instead. Would only recommend to come if extremely necessary.

"Fantastic"
After an exhausting and fun day at Drayton Manor we had a lovely welcome at check in, the room was perfect. It was a lovely touch to receive a call from the hotel as we were driving there, asking if we would like a dinner reservation. Yes, we did. We ate at the Beefeater restaurant and our server Amelia was amazing. She looked after us so well. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. We will stay here again next time we are visiting Drayton Manor.

"Nice comfortable stay"
Great location, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Only 20mins or so away from the NEC, easy to get to. I would recommend asking for a room upstairs though as you can hear the people above walking around. Room was clean and spacious. Beefeater next door (which is where breakfast is served). Food isn't too bad there although 2 of our party were poorly the next day. Nowhere at the actual hotel to sit with people to chill except the Beefeater next door. I thought it was very cheap. Staff were really friendly in reception.
