"an issue that hasnt been resolved 2 years running. A real let down for a nice hotel."
I was absolutely happy with my accommodation. i stayed over for 1 night comfy bed helpful staff but what has let them down completely is there parking system. 2 years running now i have had the same £100 parking fine from there provider parkmaven. Its anyone worst nightmare to see a parking fine come through your door and even worse when you know this fine has been wrongfully given, since we all know the struggles with appealing or getting into contact with the right person. This led me to contact premier inn directly on there premium rate number, this easiest way to resolve don't contact park maven its impossible to get hold of anyone. I shouldn't have to go through all this hassle and especially to happen twice. i think this location needs to have a rethink on how this impacts there customers
"Lovely Family Get-together"
We chose Premier Inn Tamworth Central as a base for our family get-together and we really made the right choice. The hotel is perfectly situated, being close to Tamworth Castle and grounds and the Town Centre and also a very large park with something for everyone to enjoy and also a cafe where we could sit outside in the sunshine for a coffee and a chat. The hotel staff on check-in were very helpful and pleasant and did all they could to make our visit a very pleasant one. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are hoping to return next year.

Staff friendly and most helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Considering we were in a very large group, everything went to plan, breakfast was good quality and no queue.

After a long day travelling with a group of friends, Paige & Jenny and all the staff, made the whole overnight stay a breeze. They’d planned out all the room keys, helped sort out everyone’s luggage and helped make the stay welcoming and comfortable. If you’re travelling to the area, I can’t recommend Tamworth Premier Inn Central highly enough! As an aside, we had an early start and the linked Beefeater made sure breakfast was ready to go too. All round a great experience. Thanks Team!!
