    "Reliable as always!"
    We always use Premier Inns when travelling as we find them consistently good; helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds and great breakfast. This one was no exception. Special mention to Jane on breakfast duty who seemed to be running the service single-handedly and was doing a fabulous job of looking after everyone!

    Jayne was our superb waitress and took our order and explained everything so well. She was attentive, humorous and very pleasant. The food was lovely and plenty of it too. Thank you Jayne and colleagues, a great start to the day.

    Friendly welcome from staff when we arrived. The room had excellent facilities and very good value for our family stay.

    Went for breakfast with a friend this morning. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The waitress (Jane, blonde hair) was friendly. There was lots of variety, it was hot and tasty. Overall, excellent value for money ☺️

    We stayed for an overnight. 2 Adults and 2 young children. Hotel room was standard but ok. When you arrive book in for Meal deal as i forgot and it stung a little but very good. Breakfast was outstanding. On the way home stayed at Premiere Inn Lancaster avoid at all cost. Our meal was sub standard (£6.40 for 4 crispy Prawns)and Brekky was poor and the Hosts had a Personality removal. Really poor. Peter from Blantyre
