Stafford North (Spitfire) hotel

After some shocking customer service across the road in the shire .our group of 13 left there and came back to the social restaurant. Inspite of the extremely short notice and the size of our party they couldn't be more helpful. All the staff are a credit to the business happily helping us with a smile despite the late hour.

The hotel itself was nice, apart from the missing toilet roll! The main issue is the lack of staff in the restaurant. Breakfast time on both mornings was busy and only 2 members of staff were expected to seat customers, clear tables and restock food, no complaints about the staff but Premier Inn really needs to consider how those staff feel after a busy shift, even one extra body would have massively helped.

Premier Inn predictable cleanliness and comfort. Staff unfortunately are over worked, need for more staff and more training of management

No stayed here but my review relates to using the facilities. I used the Geniepoint EV charger on 13th May for about 20 minutes (top-up) and today I received a Penalty Charge Notice for £57!! Apart from on this website the lack of instructions is terrible. One would assume as is the case with MOST EV chargers that parking is covered whilst charging. I saw nothing on the charger or other signs directing me to "login at reception". I'm writing this to warn other EV drivers who are seen as a easy target and easy money cash machine for Premier Inn and Horizons. Honestly, disgusting behaviour. All you need to do is turn the camera to the right by 2 metres and you'll see my car plugged in. You could also check with Geniepoint themselves. But no, easy money, easy money. Scammers.

2nd Time here now. Absolutely Amazing staff, I have been to many hotels and haven’t much staff as great as Emma, Poppy, Jake (great chef), Kate, Katie, Matt, libby and Sharon. Yeah!! they so good I know all their names. Will definitely be coming again!!! #lemonarde
