    "Nicest Premier Inn team 100%. Thankyou A++++++"
    We stayed for 4 nights attending a family wedding with our grandchildren. Faultless. The team couldn’t do enough for us. Clean and food perfect. The breakfast and reception team always had a smile and catered to our every need(even safety pins for a dodgy dress on the day of the wedding. The room was always clean and filled up with what we needed. We didn’t get all the babes but I’ll try to describe. The chef Paula is such a credit to restaurant. Lovely and bubbly and always ready to serve. There was a particular lady on the breakfast Sunday 24/25th. She saved my convenience(she will know). Wonderful lady. Also Maryam😁. Lovely lady. We did try to get names but we both have a memory like a sieve. Thankyou for everything. We will be returning regularly with our family due to family now living in Stafford(wedding). Highly recommended. .

    All the stuff are brilliant but Mary am is so very helpful in reception 🙂 breakfast is lovely room is lovely and clean wish all the premier inn was like this one.

    Easy parking and a pub next door, ideal! Also receptionist was very pleasant and cheerful on arrival. Room was only £61 for a Bank Holiday Friday, bargain! Will use again that's for sure.

    Staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, and the service overall was as expected. However, I raised an issue with reception about the heat in the room. Both the receptionist and another staff member confirmed it’s a recurring problem and that many guests have complained. Despite being given a fan and a sheet, the room stayed around 27 °C overnight — this wasn’t during a heatwave; outside temps were only in the mid-teens. Research shows the ideal sleep temperature is 16–19 °C, so it’s no surprise I struggled to sleep. The building seems to retain heat with poor ventilation, which made the stay uncomfortable. Shame, as the team were great, but guests should be aware the rooms can get very hot even in mild weather.
