Came all the way down from Middlesbrough with my family for a wedding in Stafford all the staff went above and beyond for me and my family specially with two of my children having server learning difficulties would definitely stay again and with every penny speciall mentions for Paula the chef for breakfast and staff that was on shift and also Jake for changing our rooms so we was next to one another and for making sure we had the assistance we needed thank you all had an amazing stay

Lovely breakfast. Really good for allergies - they cooked my kids breakfasts from scratch. Very confident they were good for dairy free and gluten free. Thanks to Jayne, Jasmine, Paula and Beth who looked after us so nicely!

"A smelly experience"
Room absolutely stunk of body odour on arrival. Opened window, went for dinner came back, still bad. Breakfast is in a small cramped room. Came out stinking of cooking grease. Hotel is run down.
