"Friendly staff, nice room."
Staff were great. Cheerful and helpful. Jane, Will and Holly were fab at breakkie. They were rushed off their feet but were still smiley and friendly. Room was quiet, clean and everything worked.

We have stayed here a couple of times now as a base for exploring the area, including visits to Alton Towers with friends. We keep coming back because the hotel is of a very high standard: clean, well maintained, comfortable, and always inviting. Having the Shire Horse pub next door is an added bonus and provides the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day out.
On this latest visit, special recognition should go to Jayne, Paula and Tom, who provided outstanding breakfasts accompanied by such a friendly and genuine approach. They took a real interest in us and the other guests, making everyone feel valued and cared for. Their kindness and warmth made a genuine difference to our stay and started each day in the best possible way.
