An excellent stay made really special because of all of the staff. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were spotless. The breakfasts were really all you could eat.

Ideally placed close to the M6, this is an excellent Premier Inn. Offering a quiet, large comfortable room with a well equipped, clean bathroom (the bath needs a better non-slip arrangement, an accident warning to happen!!), the bed proved to be the best we experienced in 21 days away using a variety of hotels.
We were delighted to find 4 EV chargers although not listed in the facilities.
The breakfast was great with the staff admirably coping with my dairy allergy despite being inundated with young families wanting their meals ahead of an early departure.
Altogether an exemplary Premier Inn experience: you know you will always get value for money but here you get engaged staff, all willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Jayne, Tom, Jasmine, Jordan and Jake among others.!

Our breakfast experience was perfect, it was a family birthday morning and Jayne, Jake, Jasmine, Tom, Jordon were amazing. Food was great, and they were so helpful! It was the end of the breakfast service and they didn't rush us, they were kind and encouraged us to take some food in a take away with us as we had a long journey and hungry children! Thank you all!
