    "Paula and Louise"
    A wonderful breakfast. Paula and Louise were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. I have never experienced such brilliant service at s premier before. Plus the scrambled egg is to die for. I even took take away. They deserve an award.

    Brilliant hotel, great location. The staff went over and above to make us feel welcome. Especially Paula at breakfast, such a happy lovely lady.

    Stayed for one night passing through but couldn’t come away without mentioning the superb staff running the breakfast room. We were greeted by the excellent Holly who never stopped all morning from meeting guests to replenishing the food and drinks. Then we have Paula who also single-handedly ran the kitchen. To her credit the food was excellent and nothing was a trouble to her first bringing porridge to the table and then freshly cooked eggs. These two are a great hard working team. Premier inn if you’re reading look after these two as all your staff are not as efficient and enthusiastic as these two. Overall a great Premier Inn to stay in. 👏

    Straight off the M6 and out of town. Nice clean hotel. Room has everything you need and was a good size. Comfy bed of course and nice and quiet. Very good price. There is a pub next door for food and drinks, though they were full with a large group when I stayed. However there are also facilities next door to the neighbouring Premier Inn (Spitfire) that are owned by the hotel and provide reasonably priced food and drinks. (Probably should be better advertised as it doesn't appear on the map). In-between the hotels there is an all you can eat Chinese Buffet so you don't need to drive anywhere.
