Great welcome, room warm, clean & comfortable. Jordan friendly & helpful at reception and Jayne & Paula insured everything at breakfast was kept tidy, clean and freshly cooked. Great stay

My husband and I spent a recent weekend at the Hurricane Premiere Inn. Staff were pleasant and helpful especially Jayne in the breakfast area. Will come down again next year

What a gem of a hotel!
Amazingly friendly staff who cannot do enough for you.
From the check in lady (I’m so sorry I cannot remember your name) to Jayne and paula at breakfast who catered beautifully for me being coeliac to jordon on reception. We felt you all went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful for a very comfortable stay.

Horrible experience. One of our rooms bathroom. Door wouldn't shut all the way cracks on ceiling. The other room bathroom tub not sealed and toilet dirty.
Had booked it with breakfast but was charged 2 at 11.99 and for 2 slices of toast 8.99.
As we were leaving we were confronted by waitress that we didnt paid and she had us go to desk where of course couldn't find payment. Then the manager opened up charity box to give us change without replacing what he took.

We arrived on Friday afternoon on the 9th of October, the check in receptionist was very efficient and friendly, unfortunately I didn't get her name. Our room and bathroom was spot on, very clean and tidy. Bed was super comfy. At breakfast , Jayne, Paula, Holli and Tom worked efficiently as a team and gave us great food and service.
All in all, a very pleasant experience.
