    "If it's hot when you stay beware the rooms are hot and may not contain a fan."
    We have stayed at this hotel a number of time, however this was the worst stay to date. Due to the high temperature in the room making it very uncomfortable to sleep . We requested a fan for the room as it does not have air con and the window is limited in its opening and very little afresh air is able to enter. The receptionist offered us a sheet or ice water, neither would be enough to cool the room as she informed us that all the fans were out.
    "Dirty Room"
    This has to be one of the worst premier Inn hotels I have stayed in. I never check out reviews as I have never had a problem with any of the hotels but this one was different. The cleanliness of the room was not very good, there was a patch on the ceiling of damp, a stain on the carpet where somebody had been sick or spilt something. When we went to get into bed the sheets were all creased and had fluff and hairs on which indicated they were not clean. We slept on top of the duvet. Sorry to say this was not to premier in standard.

    Good stay with good staff. Credit to Bridget at reception especially. Polite, well mannered and warming. Little mixup on my side of booking. But all sorted by Bridget. Also shout out to manager who sorted extra again the following morning. Not my first stay and but def won’t be last as will be stopping again here when we are up here.

    29• in the room. Far too hot to function and fan had limited impact. Air con clearly switched off to save money. Would not recommend in hot weather.
    "NOT a good night's sleep!"
    Lovely welcome, but unable to get a wink of sleep on the 2nd of our two nights and no staff on reception to complain to. We left feeling exhausted and had to stop twice on our journey to avoid falling asleep. Now I need to spend time trying to find out how to claim on their "Good Night Guarantee". As a regular Premier Inn customer I am extremely disappointed and will think twice about using them again or trying a competitor.
