    "Too hot!"
    29• in the room. Far too hot to function and fan had limited impact. Air con clearly switched off to save money. Would not recommend in hot weather.
    "NOT a good night's sleep!"
    Lovely welcome, but unable to get a wink of sleep on the 2nd of our two nights and no staff on reception to complain to. We left feeling exhausted and had to stop twice on our journey to avoid falling asleep. Now I need to spend time trying to find out how to claim on their "Good Night Guarantee". As a regular Premier Inn customer I am extremely disappointed and will think twice about using them again or trying a competitor.

    Room blistering hot. No sleep. No staff to help or air con. We are frequent visitors to Premier Inn and this was the first bad experience we've had. The promise of a 'great nights sleep ' was not kept.

    You always know what you're going to get with a Premier Inn but this is one of the better ones. everything was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were efficient and friendly but not in your face. There was much noise for the road and and surrounding area. A good visit and we will definitely be back
