      "A great hotel every visit"
I can not fault this premier inn. Beds, rooms always clean. Staff on reception go above and beyond every time i have visited. I always have an early check in which costs and extra £15, however if its your birthday and the room is available they may give it to you for free. Got a lovely note from Emma off reception on the desk when i got back to the room along wishing me a happy birthday, along with a bag of sweets
"Great staff and a well run hotel"
I've stayed at this hotel on business for the last year. The rooms are comfortable and clean, food is good, parking is easy. Standout for me is that the staff are very welcoming, they know me well and go the extra mile. They greet me by name and make sure to book me into the room I like. I have very much enjoyed staying at this hotel
      "A good stopover stay"
It was a well run Premier Inn, staff were friendly at reception. The room looked clean and had everything you would expect from the hotel chain, including the purple led behind the headboard. The bathroom was basic but again clean. The bed extremely comfortable with the choice of soft or firm pillows. Breakfast was in the Brewers Fayre next door. There’s nothing special about this pub but it served a good selection of breakfast staples including fruit, yoghurt, muffins and a full English. We also ate dinner at Brewers Fayre which was again a nice convenient place to eat. I had a Katsu Curry which was tasty. It was a great stopover for a trip to Liverpool to spread out the journey.
      "Great customer service"
I booked for the wrong weekend. When we arrived there was no family rooms available. However the member of staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a suitable room. Completely my fault couldn’t fault the service we received. Thank you once again
      "Great customer service"
We had a great stay at this hotel! The day we were due to arrive, I had noticed I had accidentally booked the wrong weekend for our stay. Booking the following weekend instead. Unfortunately I could not amend my booking so we had to book another room. When we arrived, I explained to the receptionist what I had done and she said to leave it with her. Later on that day, she caught us coming back and told us the manager had kindly cancelled and refunded my original booking. So happy and pleased with the service received. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious and great value. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. We won’t hesitate to book again when we are next up. Thank you!
