no complaints, lovely budget hotel, close to everywhere. All staff encountered were friendly. Room and bathroom, small but clean. Excellent breakfast on Sunday morning. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Lichfield again.

Been to this hotel a few times for.breakfast,always a great.experience,welcoming to.the actual lovely breakfasts. Special mention for Faye the chef who always makes.sure everyone is catered for,even will cook one off orders to make sure we have a great time.😁

"Very 'budget'experience which I hadn't expected from this brand"

Uncomfortable sleep, and not enough tables for the guests breakfast meaning people standing around waiting. Priority seemed to be given to non-residents at the cost of guests. Long queues at the single coffee machine. No glasses for drinking from in the bedroom and a single towel of each type to share.

"Ideal place location brilliant"

Great stay very central with parking round the back lower level multi storey at only £4.50 24hrs (we were slightly longer but was still less than £7). Room on the 3rd floor was quiet although had a slight musty smell to it. Great price & would recommend here if your planning a stay in Lichfield,we ate out but their restaurant & breakfast offerings seemed a reasonable deal

We stayed at premiere inn as you always know what you’re getting as the majority of them are reasonably priced & very comfortable. We came for the Christmas market & the hotel was ideally placed for visiting this. Check in was very smooth even though I had vouchers so needed assistance checking in. The rooms were as you’d expect from premier inns, clean & comfortable & it was a lovely touch having a Christmas tin of shortbread in the room as a gift. Breakfast is always my favourite when I visit these hotels as you know you’ll get a good one & the chef serving was so friendly & accommodating it made it better still. If I visit Lichfield again I would definitely stay here again.
