"External Road Noise"
The road noise from this hotel is very loud. We noticed it straight away and spoke to reception who were unable to move us as the hotel was full. As a result we did sleep and it completely ruined our time there. External noise is exempt from the good night guarantee so I would suggest taking ear plugs or requesting a quiet room. Very poor customer service from Premier inn on this occasion. We would not return to this particular Premier Inn.

Fabulous location in the city centre…Lovely staff …even when I complain the door card wasn’t working ….they politely told me the room I wanted to access wasn’t in my name (I had the wrong floor!) ..they handled it very well and with humour ..thank you 🤣

"Avoid Breakfast"
My wife and I had breakfast on Sunday morning it was great and I really wanted to leave a positive review but was disappointed to see a member of staff just standing in the restaurant eating a muffin and then there was none left and breakfast clearly hadn’t finished. Very unhygienic and unprofessional Premier Inn !! I have never seen anything like this anywhere before will not be returning

"Pretty basic"
We paid around 290£ for 2 nights in the hotel and to be honest it does seem like a pretty high price in Lichfield for what we got.
The location is central, the rooms are ok, the breakfast is basic, the internet was awful and the whole we only clean your room if requested it’s clearly cutting córners to save money and not the environment. The reception staff didnt let me know about the whole cleaning under request and tbh I didnt remember it from 3 years ago and fortunately i havent visited any other hotel with that Kind of policy. Usually hotels will clean your room unless notified against it, not the other way around at this price range.

"Premier inn my experience and stay"
Room was clean nicely decorated bathroom was nice and clean and not run down staff were great beds were comfortable only gripe was bacon and sausages looked undercooked but that's personal preference on my part I would recommend this place to people who want to stay over
