"Premier inn my experience and stay"
Room was clean nicely decorated bathroom was nice and clean and not run down staff were great beds were comfortable only gripe was bacon and sausages looked undercooked but that's personal preference on my part I would recommend this place to people who want to stay over

Great situation as easy to get to, multi-storey parking close and easy walk to all town restaurants etc.
Comfortable rooms as usual so a good 2 night stay

I was really happy with the customer service for amending my booking when the wedding I was attending was postponed and I needed to change the dates at pretty short notice. I couldn't get the same room on the new dates online but I phoned the hotel and the lady was so helpful. I wish I remembered her name.
I LOVED the full length bath, the bed was so comfortable, the hotel was quiet, the blackout curtains were great, the location is amazing in the city centre, the pillows were great, someone helped me check in on the touchscreen because the key coder wasn't working so she did it manually. There was always a member of staff around even during the night. I liked the safety of the front door and lift only working with the key card (front door after 11pm) I liked that I could have requested a clean after my first night because I stayed for 2 nights. The room was spotless when I got there so I didn't need it. I loved the maps in reception and also that there was a stand for more tea, coffee, milk and sugar. I will stay again next year. All the staff were friendly from housekeeping to front of house.

"After a struggle with the registration terminal, Julie came to help without any hesitation.
'What's the problem, sir?' I need to have a booking number, but I have no idea where to find it.
'No problem,' said Julie, 'what's your name, and I'll help you.'
And indeed, within a few moments the booking number surfaced and I was able to check in. There was still a bit of a struggle with the wireless payment terminal, but that got resolved too.
In the restaurant as well, Julie was the one who quickly and properly took my order and served my delicious dinner.
All in all, if Julie hadn't been there, the experience certainly wouldn't have been as good.
People like Julie are rare these days.
