"Unbearably hot room"
The room we were given was unbearably hot, to the point we had to jar the door open with trainers to get some air in. The room was 26c in the morning and this is in April. Dread to think what it's like in the summer. Informed reception in the morning who were helpful and moved us.
They already knew there was an air con issue with some rooms. So the staff the day before checked our young family into a room they knew had broken air con!? This completely ruined our first day, we came for our son's birthday and we ended up spending the day at Alton towers tierd and worn out due to the awful nights sleep we all had in that room.

"Disappointing."
The hotel is in a great location. Check in was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, but looked tatty.
The bathroom wasn't great with what looked like mould spots on the ceiling. Breakfast was really great.
Dinner was poor. Our meals were cold and undercooked. I'd recommend finding somewhere in town.
Car parking is a little confusing, you get 2 hours free parking if you eat in the hotel, but we were still charged the full amount, even after scanning the bar code at reception.

"Another great visit"
We have stayed at the Premier Inn, Leek several times - it must be good as we keep on returning! This stay we had a problem with the heating in our room and we were able to swop rooms straight away - no hassle. Friendly, quick service at breakfast and during the evening meal too.

"Great location, accommodation and service"
We had a great stay here as a base to visit Alton Towers. It’s centrally located, the rooms are clean and quiet, the buffet breakfast was great and the service was excellent. I left my kindle behind and staff went out of their way to get it back to me immediately at our next destination.

"Cleaning staff harass guests"
Room was clean and self-checkin was fairly simple. Parking was fine, but a bit expensive.
We chose a Premier Plus room because one of us were working remotely through the morning, until 12noon checkout. The cleaning staff were told this when they first knocked on the door after 8:30am - yet they carried on knocking on the door at least once or twice per hour until 12, making it very difficult to work. Very irritating and frustrating.
I can only imagine it would be equally irritating if you were a guest trying to sleep.
