"Perfect location for visiting Leek"
We stayed two nights. Great location with everything in walking distance. Friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast. The only quibble was paying £9 per day to use the hotel carpark.

"Premier Inn at its best"
Conveniently located Premier Inn for staying in Leek and for travel to other places. Clean rooms and public areas (although there was a smell of smoking in the lobby/lift area). Well equipped rooms. Good car parking facility, although I do think there should be concession for blue badge holders. Breakfast and evening meal were really good. Would stay again.

"Great stay"
Great hotel. Comfortable rooms. Really nice breakfast. Value for money.
Showers could have more pressure. Parking can be a little tight

"1 bed made up in triple room sleeping 4. 1 staff member & 1 chef on a Saturday night!"
We arrived at the hotel at 6:30pm hoping to go straight down for dinner. There was seemingly only 2 people working in the hotel, 1 staff member split between serving the restaurant & the front reception & only 1 chef in the kitchen we was told, meaning that only 1 table was being catered for at dinner at a time. This meant that a table would not be ready until at least gone 7 plus who knows how long we would have waited for our order with only 1 person in the kitchen.
So we decided to get dinner elsewhere, being a Saturday night this proved harder than we thought & we finally ended up back at the hotel for 8:30, already past our kids bed times.
When we got to our room we found that even though we had asked for a triple room & specifically advised that 2 adults & 2 children were staying we found that only 1 bed had been made up ready to use. The second was still bare & the third bed was still folded under the main bed. With no linen for us to even do it ourselves.
We contacted the only person on hand that night (overhearing that we was not the only one to have that same problem) but as she was the only staff member available it wasn't until gone 9:30 that our room was finally ready to use after we had helped her make up the extra beds ourselves. 2 hours after our children should have been asleep in their beds.
The A/C didn't work in the room & fan put in in its pace was useless.
The door did not lock from the inside, which is a "must "for a family with young children. It's not even slightly out of alignment, it's not been fitted right & would never have locked even when new.
We was offered a refund for the breakfast as compensation but after paying over £160 to stay that night; refunding the £23 breakfast is no where near enough compensation for the terrible experience we received from this hotel.
Not at all the service we have got used to & expect from Premier Inns.

"Nice Stay!"
Easy self service check in. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was quiet. Air con worked well in the hot weather. Nice staff, Ben was very kind and helpful - much appreciated. Convenient location to visit Alton Towers.
