We stayed over at the hotel and we went over to the restaurant for breakfast and we were greeted by the lovely host Beverley. I haven’t a single negative comment to make about her. Her customer service was impeccable. She was there to help with anything and asked if we needed anything. She was lovely to chat to and helped us find somewhere to go on a lovely walk. All in all she was absolutely brilliant couldn’t recommend anymore 🤍

Me and my Partner stayed at Cannock South to stop over night to split the journey between Southend and Blackpool , favourite part of trip was the service from a lovely lady ( BEVERLEY) who gave us beyond 5 star service.

"A excellent place to stay."
We stayed here for four nights, having travelled over from Tenerife. I wanted to thank Beverly and her staff for their professionalism and friendliness. The weekend was a time of mixed emotions as we were there for a memorial meal for my father and to spread his ashes. It helped that we had a comfortable, clean room and were dealt with by friendly staff. The place was quiet with a perfect atmosphere, and the location excellent for getting into town.
The robot hoovers the staff use gave us a smile being called "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," the names Beverly enjoyed sharing with us and how they came to be named. :-)
We had breakfast every morning, going for the unlimited full English. I can highly recommend it. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. The stars on the breakfast plate were the pork sausages and black pudding, although all was very good. All cooked nicely by Crystal in the kitchen. Having a substantial breakfast in the morning allowed us to skip lunch, so overall, very good value at £11.99 each.
As for the comfort of the bed, it's what you come to expect from the Premier brand. We have a comfortable bed at home, but the Premier beds always beat it. :-)

"Ideal location and facilities"
Good location, clean rooms, value for money, good service and amenities. We included the unlimited breakfast in our reservation and it was excellent with a good variety of breakfast meals available. The Beefeater also caters for evening meals.
