Really lovely lady at the front desk very helpful indeed.

From booking in to leaving Beverly and the staff were kind, courteous and very efficient.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a disabled guest, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Premier Inn Cannock South. From the moment I arrived, The receptionist on reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially as I use a rollator walker and needed assistance with bags and doors. There kindness made such a difference. All staff throughout my stay were friendly, patient, and supportive, including at dinner and breakfast, where I felt completely comfortable and well looked after. Although I couldn’t have a fully accessible room, this was communicated clearly in advance, and the ground‑floor room I was given was spacious, clean, and perfect for my needs. The room was spotless, everything worked, and it was genuinely one of the best Premier Inn stays I’ve had. The only small accessibility improvement I’d suggest is removing the wooden ledge at the main entrance, but this didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent experience. Fantastic team, outstanding service — I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Very easy to find and 5 mins from the m6 exit at junction 12. Friendly, efficient check in. Room on first floor which was very clean and the bed was comfy. The room overlooked the pub and road but we didn’t hear any noise and slept soundly. We had come to visit family so only ate breakfast there which was good but could have been a bit warmer for me. I booked well in advance and got a great room deal. We have stayed here many times and have always had great experiences.

Lovely stay , staff very welcoming especially Bev, making a fuss of my little one, he loved staying in the 'nice hotel with the nice lady'. Felt secure, going through a security check to get another card when we misplaced ours. Staff kept a check on us to make sure we was settled. Thank you
