"Strange Premier"
A rather strange premier, smelt funny in the room. In need of an upgrade, wall light hanging off in bedroom. Picture fell on me whilst having breakfast as wasn't secured to the wall and knocked over orange juice which then spilt into my lap. Staff helpful and friendly in restaurant. Wouldn't stop here again though, was on the expensive side for the quality of stay.

"A lovely hotel with excellent staff"
We had a lovely, comfortable stay. Our room was clean & well equipped for all our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very friendly staff, Michelle particularly, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a fabulous stay. The building needs some TLC however the staff really make up for it. Everyone we came in contact with were warm and friendly and our room was lovely and clean. We will definitely be returning.

Suzanne was very good, looked after us after I did my booking wrong and she helped us by giving us an extra quilt and pillows. Very nice lady.
