Rafal is a lovely person. Always so welcoming like the rest of the staff, nothing is ever too much trouble.
Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Friendly staff. Breakfast service brisk and well stocked. Evening food dire despite the friendly staff. Room clean,but below average for the chain. Entrance hall smells of sewage. No heating on in the rooms. Adequate but very overpriced.

Visited for breakfast this morning with my uncle. We were greeted by a very friendly polite gentleman called Rafal. He was very welcoming and took our order promptly. He was approachable and made us feel at ease. We will definitely visit again soon! We think Rafal is a credit to your business. Great customer service and happy customers 🙂.
I wish you would open up to the public permanently again and do hope this is on the cards for the future as I know of a few people who used to love to visit.
