"Great hotel, friendly staff"
On seeing the outside of the hotel I was a little worried. But it literally only needs a lick of paint. This does not reflect the inside of the hotel which was clean throughout. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They were all helpful including the pub attached next door which is part of the hotel. They were all nice too and the breakfast is an ordered style one so everything came out nice and hot and it wa lovely. We had an evening meal and this was nice too plus drink prices were reasonable. The room had everything we needed. Would have liked a bigger screen but this can not be reflected on our stay as it was good. The room was warm and did have a couple of fans one with a heater function just in case but it was all good. There was no noise and the bed was comfy. There is plenty of parking. We actually put the car on the one across the road and it was fine the next day. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. We went here to visit the alpacas farm and walk with the donkies just up the road so it is convenient.

The room was spotless and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary biscuits. Great stay.

"Strange Premier"
A rather strange premier, smelt funny in the room. In need of an upgrade, wall light hanging off in bedroom. Picture fell on me whilst having breakfast as wasn't secured to the wall and knocked over orange juice which then spilt into my lap. Staff helpful and friendly in restaurant. Wouldn't stop here again though, was on the expensive side for the quality of stay.

"A lovely hotel with excellent staff"
We had a lovely, comfortable stay. Our room was clean & well equipped for all our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very friendly staff, Michelle particularly, nothing was too much trouble.
