Thank You Matt, Alex and Katherine who looked after us so well and were all incredibly patient with my son Clive with learning disabilities. Nothing was too much trouble and they were busy! Thanks guys for making our stay so comfortable and looking forward to staying again hopefully in the premier plus rooms

Always enjoy staying here. Great staff, really friendly. Donna and the kitchen team went out of their way to ensure my breakfast was cooked fresh as gluten free needed. Fun and friendly makes a big difference!

"amazing stay couldn’t have asked for better"
Had an amazing stay at this premier inn this Sunday night , it’s the first time I’ve stayed I usually stay at burton east , breakfast was great and the food couldn’t be better with lovely customer service from Donna and the chef but I didn’t get her name ,when getting ready for leaving our rooms we asked one of the cleaners whose name was Skye for extra towels and teas and sugars and she was very happy to help and get us what we needed
Overall a very lovely stay for my first time and I will definitely be returning again , nothing was too much to ask from staff , quiet throughout the night and happy smiles and friendly staff all around , the food was top notch and the rooms were clean and fresh smelling , thankyou so much for a lovely stay !! 👏🏼
