"A great Premier Inn experience."
Having stayed at other Premier Inns recently, this one and its staff set the benchmark in cleanliness, staffing, onsite restaurant and bar for a great experience. Contacted in advance for a room on the lower floors, and they duly complied. Didn't have an evening meal, but enjoyed a breakfast and the restaurant staff were very attentive. No complaints about our stay, it was quiet and comfortable.

My review is based on the wonderful service created by Beata (chef) at morning breakfast service… such a kind and helpful lady to my children when they were at the hotplate- she offered to make them scrambled eggs especially and then brought them over to us.. When great customer service is seldom experienced this lady really made us feel valued and comfortable. What a gem!

Decent quality hotel with great breakfast and attentive staff. Room had air con which was great as a lot of Pem Inns do not.

"Great start to my weeks stay"
Arrived on the Sunday, and was greeted by Alex and Mat at reception, who were very friendly young men, who assisted me with my room card.
Later I visited the lovely restaurant, and yet again greeted with smile from the same two members of staff.
Had the steak for dinner, which was cooked to perfection, so in a nut shell, what a great start to my 5 night stay.
