    "Miss if you can"
    So this is literally down the road to Meadow hall shopping center, that is the reason why we booked it. The guy who booked us in was really nice, i even made a mistake and had to call up and say the child is missing from my booking lol. This was sorted very quickly. The room has a fan and no Air con, but it was extremely hot during the night, we was on the road facing room so we couldn't have the windows open all night either as the noise would have woken the children ( they are light sleepers) After a rubbish night sleep, we went down for breakfast, there was fried eggs, but they had seems liked they had been taken out way too quick as still under cooked. We then asked for boiled eggs only for them to be not even half boiled, i did think they came out without 6 mins of me asking and when i tried to peel them they literally fell apart. The staff that was going in and out of the kitvhen seemed very flustered. One point when of the spoons fell so i picked it up and said that;s fallen off the eggs so wel need a new one, to which the staff slammed the spoon and everyone watched. Im not really sure if they were under staffed, or what but no1 was being akward all the guests were polite yet they had a not very welcoming attitude. Safe to say teh last two stays with this brand has made me not want to book with them again.

    I feel sorry for the staff in this hotel. The two automated check in terminals are out of order, the staff are expected to carry out tasks in multiple places, no wonder a fellow female guest was shouted at for trying to check in. I was refused a check in because the staff member was so stressed. A really poor experience in a hotel with typically tired bathrooms.
    "Cheap and Cheerful"
    This hotel has a poor rating, but was super cheap and so I gave it a go. Whilst it is a little tired, it had everything you’d expect from a premier inn, and as a result was comfortable.
    "Usual great Premier Inn stay"
    Stayed at this Premier Inn after a great few days at Centre Parcs Sherwood Forest Centre Parcs. Didn’t fancy the 4hrs drive home so booked a night here for the family. Usual clean and good standards from PI. Went for food at the restaurant and again didn’t disappoint. Have to say a big thanks to our server Antony, what a kind pleasant person he is and couldn’t do enough for us, thanks 😊👍

    Anthony is a sound guy at the restaurant he's very helpful and the service was great from him, definitely will book here again
