"Fulfilled my every expectation"
The location was fine for my purpose. The atmosphere was good. The room was clean and smart. It was good value and there was no undue noise in the hotel, even a main road was close by.

In an excellent location for shopping at Meadow Hall IKEA retail park and Sheffield with access to tram to other destinations the hotel could do with a bit of TLC in decoration but the staff more than made up for it,everywhere was clean, helpful, friendly, a shout out for Chloe, who went over and above she checked us in took us to our accessible room made sure we had everything we needed couldn’t have be en more helpful. A little later when we accidentally caught the Pull cord Help button within moments there was a knock on our door and there was Chloe checking if we needed any help thank you Chloe for all you did. We really felt looked after.

"On of the better premier inn"
Great stay, food brilliant,staff was very good but when it gor busy you had to wait for food, alcohol pricy but the happy hour made up for it, just needs a bit of a make over.

Hotel is in a great location with Meadowhall and the local team stop a short walk away. Tram easily available for going into the city centre.
We did not have breakfast here but did have a drink in the bar the night before. Staff appear very friendly too.

"An ideal base, with the premier inn guarantee of a good nights sleep"
Location was perfect for the activities we had planned, the bar was great and had the option to eat if we wanted to. Bar staff really attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean and ideal, bathroom could have done with a little bit of attention as the shower curtain didn’t really do the job it needed to. The hotel was full of children on a school/ swimming trip but haas no probs with noise as it was very well managed. Great value for money
