"Lovely stay"
A lovely stay for a nearby cheerleading experience. Ant was fantastic at customer service, and made us feel super welcome throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough to help us.

"Terrible nights sleep with no staff present"
Quite possibly the worst nights “sleep” I have ever had…
I was in an accessible room on the ground floor (I have no extra needs but I understand that the rooms need to still be used) and as if the noise from the road wasn’t bad enough even with the windows closed and curtains pulled… the hotel was full of young children running up and down the hallways screaming and banging on peoples doors all the way up until midnight, after unsuccessfully trying to get a hold of reception at least 10 times over the phone I got dressed and walked to reception and pressed the buzzer and waited 15 minutes for someone to appear, they never did…
I even had a word with the kids on two occasions after they banged on my door for the second time and ended up shouting at them, did any of their parents or Premier inn staff show their faces? Of course they didn’t…
£105 a night for a room where I woke up tired and frustrated? what a joke

Staff were friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast. Building itself was a bit shabby.

"1 Night stay for city hall gig"
Stopped here as easy to find from motorway and large car free car park and the tram into the city centre was close by as was the meadowhall shopping centre and Ikea.

"Fulfilled my every expectation"
The location was fine for my purpose. The atmosphere was good. The room was clean and smart. It was good value and there was no undue noise in the hotel, even a main road was close by.
