"Excellent Reception Staff"
Great stay at this centrally located hotel. Reception staff were excellent. Tina was friendly, professional and went the extra mile to overcome a minor check in issue which ensured that we enjoyed our short stay in Sheffield - excellent customer service.

Stayed at The Premier Inn, Sheffield City Centre, St Mary's June 2025 for the Sheffield Documentary Film Festival. Much cheaper than The Mercure Hotel where most festival attendees seem to stay. It is about 15 mins walk to the film venues, so a bit further out than other hotels in the centre but I enjoyed the walk. Good parking, air con in rooms, wifi good, bar open late etc. The reception staff and maids are especially friendly, helpful and easy to talk to, especially Tina and Aimee who were regularly on the desk and very attentive. They, or others were always on the desk, 24 hours it seems. Will definitely stay here again, in fact, it felt like I was on holiday!
"Ruined Night's sleep and customer services do not care"
Sleep ruined by an industrial humming noise. It started a 4am and continued on and off. Premier Inn's customer service were not concerned about the noise but only about their T&Cs that say that it must be reported immediately A sign of the way that Premier Inn is not the company it used to be This is not a reflection on the staff at the Sheffield hotel who were excellent.

Great premier inn. Good city centre location, staff are really friendly. Excellent customer service received with a particular mention to Tina and Sasha, who really looked after me on my most recent stay. Would highly recommend and encourage others to book here in the future.

Kris and Shasa were brilliant and best steak at a premier inn so far, good food at a good price with friendly staff, would stay again, and will do in the future, suprised trip advisor makes you write a minimum of 200 characters which is why I have put this ending.
