Parking at Premier Inn Sheffield City Centre (Angel Street) hotel

There is no on-site parking available at the hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Arundel Gate (postcode: S1 2PN), a 5 minute walk away, at a discounted rate of £12.50 per 24 hours,  which is redeemable via the Ring Go App. Guests must park and then head to the hotel before payment to receive the discount code from reception. If paid at the car park guests will be liable to pay full price of £20 for 24 hours. The car park accepts card payments only.

"Very good"
Stayed last night with my son as he had a Swimming Gala at Ponds Forge. Close to all amenities and shops/pubs/restaurants and walking distance to the pool. I ate in the restaurant upstairs which was very nice and ordered my son a pizza which arrived double quick time and just as I arrived back from Aldi. In the middle of a heatwave it was such a relief to get a Premier Inn Room that stays at a cool temperature when you set it and had air conditioning that actually worked. The room was not the most updated of Premier Inns and was kind of back to front and the poorest view I have ever had out of the window in a long time. The same comfy nights sleep and all the amenities you could want. No fan in the room but maybe that was because the air con was so good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was cheaper the further in advance you booked. Also found on street parking for a lot cheaper than the main multi storey carparks. Lift was a little slow and dodgy - had to use your room key to operate it. Not all USB sockets worked and one was broken - I ahve found this problem in a few Premier Inns. All in all though a very comfortable nights sleep and would definitely stay again. Next time though I will remember to request a better view. Have requested better rooms at Premier inns in the past and they always try and accommodate.

All as should be for my one night stay. Once the new check in machines installed this should help speed up check in when there’s a queue. Staff did fine however. Great location and easy walk to bus and station plus tram stop just a few steps away if needed.
"lovely hotel"
The hotel was very clean, all staff very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and very clean, big comfy bed. Big selection of things for breakfast, hot buffet style or continental, multiple fruit juices or hot drinks. I will definitely stay there again
"Great friendly staff"
We checked in with a lovely girl Tilly. She was very welcoming and friendly explained all the details we’d need for our stay and gave advice about the area. We went out for our evening meal but returned for drinks where Tilly served us and again was excellent! Fantastic stay and was very happy with staff especially Tilly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and efficiently stocked
"Very poor check in experience"
Arrived at 11.30 to check in having paid for early check in (from 11.00) and a twin room. Automatic check in machines not working and no staff on reception. When somebody finally appeared no twin rooms were ready so had to wait until 12.30 before we could check in. Dreadful service
